The camping and touring facilities are available from 1st March 2023 and the static caravans are available for hire from 1st April 2023. Meanwhile the on-site Bog Cotton cafe will be opening on Sat 3rd March 2023 from 8am until 5pm. We look forward to welcoming all lovers of this magnificently wild area.

Cannich Holiday Caravans - 'A Hidden Gem'

Cannich Holiday Caravans is situated in the village of Cannich in a two acre area of birch and pine woodland. Our small fleet of Holiday Caravans are available from March to October each year.

We have often been described as a ‘hidden gem’, but that doesn’t stop our guests from finding us and returning again and again for the peace and quiet Cannich has to offer, the beauty of the surrounding Glens and our central location for day trips to all parts of the Highlands.

Here at Cannich Holiday Caravans we do our best to help you enjoy the splendour of the surrounding area, the history of the Highlands and the local cultural and music events by providing an array of information in our Reception.

We live in a spectacular area with beautiful surroundings that we really don't want to spoil. To help look after this special place we use environmentally friendly products whenever possible. We provide a welcome tray in your caravan with tea, coffee and biscuits.

In the late 1940’s Cannich Village provided the base for the 'Hydro Boys' who built the surrounding dams that brought the first electricity supply to the Highlands. There are still reminders of the thousands of workers who took on this dangerous task that earned them the title of Tunnel Tigers.

Today Cannich has a small community, with a school, shop and pub. The local shop, Cannich Stores has an online shopping list for people to order groceries ready for their arrival - www.cannichstores.co.uk.

The on-site cafe is open from March to the end of October for home baking, light meals and snacks.

Tents, motorhomes and touring caravans are welcome at the adjacent Cannich Caravan & Camping Park where there is a laundrette, drying room and children's play area which our caravan guests are welcome to use.
